Chaim Lieberman

Chairman & President

Visionary

One of the descriptions of a visionary refers to a leader who connects elements of their vision in the context of thinking, planning and actions. Visionaries provide the means for strategic direction and deployment actions and link these elements in a way that moves employees and the organization forward. This describes Chaim perfectly. For the past 13 years, he continued to make significant strides in the Home Care industry.
Within his 6 companies, three of which he created from the ground up, he fostered positive environments for employees that allowed them to express their talents and abilities, feel secure, grow and prosper. Proof of his success is demonstrated by one of his companies being designated as the #1 home care agency in the Hudson Valley. With his incredible scope of knowledge in home care, Chaim continues to create new ventures, consolidate services and ensure that employees are committed to new visions, values and are dedicated to the stated missions. In his free time, Chaim enjoys a multiple of water activities, including boating, jet skiing, and swimming.


David Samuels

Chief Operations Officer & Chief Financial Officer

David is an entrepreneurial, strategic and innovative executive with over 25 years of healthcare, finance, and operations experience. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified Six Sigma black belt. He has
successfully navigated businesses through periods of accelerated growth, restoring financial momentum, and steady returns. David’s analytical savvy ensures the business achieves maximum potential and earnings, acting as a true catalyst for success. His tenure in process and program leadership creates a framework of excellence, that drives disciplined decisions while effectively using financial and process knowledge to manage the business. David promotes synergy across business lines to drive positive change, ensuring strong relationships internally and externally. David also supports his community and has been a volunteer paramedic for over 25 years.

Bryna Pelsinger

Chief People Officer

Bryna has over 20 years of management experience across various industries. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from McGill University and received a master’s degree in Industrial and Organization Psychology. She also holds a second master’s
degree with distinction in the field of Media Arts and Photography. Bryna earned certification as a professional within the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP), is a Myer’s Briggs Assessment practitioner and a Kolbe Certified Consultant. She uses this knowledge to foster employee growth, development, and team building. Bryna’s expertise in management, strategy, training and development, leadership coaching and organizational development were honed during her tenure at various Fortune 500 companies. Bryna has operationalized the HR function at over a half dozen companies, at both start-ups and established businesses. As a dynamic HR professional, Bryna has been a supportive voice at the C-Level, advocating for programs and pilot
solutions that align with business goals, represent staff interests and fosters culture and values at numerous companies.
Outside of her corporate role, Bryna is a photographer and rescue scuba diver.


Chani Friedmann

Chief Clinical and Innovation Officer

Chani brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to our leadership team at Prestige Healthcare Group. She has 25 years of experience as an RN, working with individuals of all ages from pediatric to geriatric. Her practice in the field spreads locally and globally, having worked in Michigan, New York, London, and Gibraltar.

Chani’s role focuses on increasing the quality of care for our clients. She provides all clinical oversight within our companies while designing and implementing innovative clinical solutions. She recently founded and launched the Value-Based Program. This program promotes early reporting, intervention, and prevention, enabling caregivers to improve patient outcomes. She has a true passion for health care and focuses on our practices, programs, and people in order to enhance our patient experience.

In her spare time, Chani enjoys spending her time outdoors. She is an avid hiker, skier, biker, and swimmer.
